About Us
Learn More About The Owner
April is a mom who previously worked as a program manager in corporate America for 15 years. She took her Masters in Business Administration along with her Bachelors Degree in Psychology and founded Master Mind Daycare in Havre De Grace, Maryland. She longed to spend more time with her son and was able to do so by teaching him in her program along with other students before he started kindergarten. As the daycare grew she had to create a waitlist for children that were eager to start care but could not enroll due to a lack of openings. She opened a Master Nannies, a nanny agency to continue to serve more families in her community. Through Master Nannies, April can live out her lifelong dream of having a nanny agency that provides enriching experiences positively impacting both children and families in her community.
